There are many PRC homes that we have rebuilt successfully and each design of home is repaired under different approved schemes.

A hawksley PRC can be mistaken to be a normal brick house but in fact they are a concrete construction and are on the defective house list. These are repaired by using a PRC homes licence repair scheme. To do this repair we follow a similar process as an Airey type property, as all double storey repair schemes follow the same method ie the propping stripping, brick and block work construction, internal finishing off and the foundation construction. The time scale is roughly 8 weeks and can be lived in while works are in progress. Once all works are complete a PRC certificate is issued by the engineer also a sign off certificate from the local authority along with a fensa certificate for any NEW windows or doors installed.

The above houses once repaired will be fit to sell or buy using high street mortgage lenders with the exception of houses repaired using the wrap around scheme.
